My favourite plant right now! A plant that gives me new leaves is always going to be favoured - and this one's leaves have been consistently bigger eachtime! She's a very young monstera so it's always very exciting to see the increasing fenestrations with each new leaf! She's also in my favourite plant pot so I'm especially fond of her :)
She's also a favourite because so far she has causes absolutely 0 issues and has been nothing but an angel for me - I'm hoping to get her a climbing pole before she can't hold her own weight (and thus starts looking worse for wear) but I'm reluctant to add anything that might force me to repot her, I really like her pot!
Marisol is a Thai Constellation - so while she is variegated she differs from Queen - who is an Albo. Thai Cons have yellower, speckled and more consistent variations - while Ablo's are whiter, more 'streaked' than speckled, and have more randomised variations to each leaf. I generally prefer the albo variation but since Queen doesn't really feel like 'mine' yet, (they never feel like mine until they've given me a new leaf) Marisol is the golden child for now :)!
